When we want to become a better golfer or tennis player, most of us use the help of a coach. If we want to become a better leader, we call on a coach for support. As a coach, I help you find better solutions to your problems. In addition, my goal is to help you find the internal causes, behavior patterns and algorithms that cause problems. I will take you to the submarine and we will go together to see what is hidden in the underwater part of the iceberg.
My journey as a coach/development coach started in 2015 with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). At Integral Coaching Canada, I updated myself with the Integral coaching method. I like this method because of its integrity and structure. Integral coaching offers you a very good framework for your personal development, enabling deeper knowledge about yourself and more permanent changes in your development.
I started my Gestalt coaching journey with John Leary-Joyse. I focus on where you want to go, what is happening with you when you talk to me here and now, and I work with what comes up. It’s coaching that simply follows without a specific plan, but ensures that you address the complex and challenging areas that limit your life and work.
I have worked with managers and entrepreneurs. I help them be more successful in their endeavors.
I have long-term management experience at PwC. I taught management accounting at EBS and continue as a trainer of professional coaches. In the role of manager, I will continue as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Auditor Activities.
